► 5 liter plastic jar extrusion blow molding machine SRB65-1 is widely used in plastic bottle and jerry can making field, engine oil bottle making field, liquid soap and detergent packing field, also used for other round or square containers.
► Total machine control system well match with scraps on-line deflashing, neck rotary cutting, in-mould labeling, leakage testing, product conveying & packing. Optimized hydraulic system with reasonable design to control pressure and flow of double proportion, acchieve action execution fast, stable and accurate. High hardness bimetallic screw with good structure design and modulation, insure bigger plasticizing capacity, less wearing and longer working lifespan.
►The key technical points lie in precise die and core size, blow pin head diameter and design, also the suitable depth of mould cutting overflow grooves to insure the on-line deflashing result.
